We finished conversion of first Wärtsilä 12V32LN engine in Greater Noida, India and currently our supervisors continue with conversion of Wärtsilä 16V32LN from total of 5 engines.

Converted SKL 8VD 36/24 A-1 engine in Indonesia exceeded 8000 operating hours without any disturbances, to the full satisfaction of the customer.
14.10.2008 332 cylinder units so far converted

CES put into operation another 2 converted Wärtsilä Vasa 16V32E for the same customer in Indonesia. The first unit converted in the powerhouse runs practically nonstop for over 4000 operating hours.

Two conversion kits for MaK 16CM32 diesel engines (over 5 MW),operated on HFO are packed and ready for air delivery to the powerhouse. Installation and commissioning will follow. We shall come with more updates soon.

CES successfully converted another type of Diesel engine. 1,1 MW Daihatsu 6DL28 engine operates in diesel / natural gas mode, with 15% liquid fuel pilot portion. 31.5.2007 Daihatsu conversion kit delivered to powerhouse
We have designed and delivered to site of our Indonesian customer conversion kit for Daihatsu 6DL28 engine. After connection of the powerhouse to gas supply we shall put the equipment to operation.
18.4.2007 HFO Niigata 18V32CLX converted
Previous success with conversion of diesel engines operated on HFO was followed by putting into opretaion of recently delivered CES dual fuel kit, in Pakistan. Conversion was delayed due to lack of gas at the site.
7.3.2007 5 000 operating hours on HFO
Niigata engine 5,4 MW converted to CES dual fuel system in Pakistan is running on HFO without interruption for more than 5 000 operating hours.

The first successful conversion of engine running on HFO (Niigata 5,4 MW in Pakistan) was followed by another successful conversion of engine burning HFO in pilot portion (Wärtsilä Nohab 2,5 MW in Pakistan).

Engine converted with utilization of CES system runs more than 15.000 hours on dual fuel mode. 2 units Mak 8M 453 which were converted in early 2003 run up to now to full satisfaction of the Indonesian customer.
